Medical Scribe

Operations floor · Full-time

What you’ll actually do

  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR system.
  • Review physicians’ notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.
  • Assist healthcare providers by ensuring complete and accurate medical documentation.
  • Update patient profiles, medical histories, and clinical records.
  • Maintain compliance with documentation standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Work directly on assigned clinics’ electronic medical record systems.
  • Ensure all patient information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to improve documentation quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or Pharmacy is a must.
  • English proficiency level B2–C1 is a must.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Scribe or in a related healthcare role.
  • Strong medical terminology knowledge.
  • Excellent typing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.

Medical Coder

Operations floor · Full-time · ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS

What you’ll actually do

  • Review medical records, physician notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation.
  • Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Identify documentation gaps and communicate with providers when clarification is needed.
  • Work on assigned clinics’ electronic medical record systems.
  • Support billing and revenue cycle processes through accurate coding practices.
  • Maintain coding quality standards and productivity targets.
  • Update patient records and coding information within company platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or Pharmacy is a must.
  • English proficiency level B2–C1 is a must.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Medical Coding or a related healthcare role.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Coding certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.

Back Office Specialist (Healthcare)

Operations floor · Full-time

What you’ll actually do

  • Review medical records and EMR data for assigned healthcare providers.
  • Analyze patient charts and identify care gaps and missing follow-ups.
  • Assist in creating and updating personalized care plans.
  • Document medical information, prescriptions, diagnoses, and treatment plans in company platforms.
  • Update patient profiles and maintain accurate medical histories.
  • Work directly on assigned clinics’ electronic medical record systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and continuity of care.
  • Monitor patient records to support quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or Pharmacy is a must.
  • English proficiency level B2–C1 is a must.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare-related role.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
